The detergent and the softener are programmed to be dosed into the washing machine at a specific time of the cycle.  The detergent we use allows for thermal sanitisation in hot and cold temperatures. It is effective without being too hard wearing on garments. It has a light fragrance. The softener we use is hypoallergenic and leaves your clothes and towels particularly fluffy and smelling fresh. If you are washing something that is stained; pre-treat the stain using a stain remover such as a sard spray. Some customers prefer to add their own softener on top of what is already being dosed. Please note, if you wish to do this place the detergent or the softener in the drum near the seal of the door. NEVER place this on top of your clothes as it will stain. Softeners actually contain oil in them, and we cannot be held responsible for any marks they leave on garments.

Commercial Laundry Questions

There are so many variables when it comes to pricing business laundry. Things we need to know in order to price the job accurately:

  • Do you need to hire linen, or do you want us to use yours?
  • How soiled the linen is? Oily? Fake Tan? Make up?
  • How often you need a service? We like to pick up dirty and return clean at the same time. Most hair and beauty clients need to have excess clean linen for Friday, Saturday.
  • Access to site; can we have an after-hours access?
  • Do you need these to be folded a special way?

Get in touch with us ASAP so we can arrange another pick up. A missed pick-up fee of $10 is charged to business customers.

Yes, we have a commercial laundry facility in Maroubra that is set up for dealing with oily towels. We are happy to supply you with towel hire or wash yours.
